Three teenage boys were arrested after a large crowd of juveniles caused a disturbance Tuesday evening at the Philadelphia Mills mall in Northeast Philadelphia, police said.
It was the second night in a row that rowdy teens caused trouble at the mall, said Chief Inspector Scott Small.
And it appeared they were using the social media service Snapchat to plan their convergences, he said.
No one was injured.
Police and mall security met Tuesday morning to prepare a detail in anticipation of further incidents this week because the juveniles have the week off from school, Small said.
About 6:45 p.m., about 200 teens who arrived by SEPTA buses tried to enter the mall and were met by the police and security detail, Small said.
About 30 to 40 were able to get inside and began to run and scream and jump on tables in the food court, he said.

Translation: The feral thugs’ probation officers are on Christmas vacation, so they don’t have to report until next week.
May one assume these "juveniles" create the same level of disorder in their schools?
I wonder how many of these teens planned their activities using their Obama-phones?

These acts of black mob violence are indirectly responsible for “Amazon’s” enormous success, and directly responsible for the skyrocketing number of applications for and the issuance of concealed handgun licenses. America as we knew it is rapidly morphing into post-apartheid South Africa.
Is anyone really surprised that thousands of feral Mennonite “teens” rampaged through malls in seven states in the past 48-hours? This is the result eight-years of the Obama administration’s conspicuous lack of prosecutorial interest regarding the growing epidemic of black on white crime, which is now combined with his publicly declared war on law enforcement.
These “teen’s” politically emboldened criminal behavior is only made worse by racist black activists and even a college professor who are calling for white genocide -— none of which has ever been denounced or condemned by anyone in the Obama administration, or thoroughly exposed and berated by the liberal media.
Because these criminal black mob attacks are orchestrated and staged by means of social media, the first practical step is to immediately end the “Obamaphone” free phone giveaway program. This would put a serious dent in these animal’s ability to coordinate and carry out their attacks.
While it’s true that white people are generally predisposed to conflict avoidance, if these criminal black mob rampages aren’t stopped soon, white victims are likely to retaliate in an extreme manner, in order to protect themselves and their families. It’s just a matter of time.
At least the police were ready for them this time. Can you imagine something like this happening in the Rizzo era?
Philly cops are pretty smart about monitoring social media, and have been for some time.
Ship these feral children to someplace.
What to do with these “kids”? too old to be trainable, no morals, no education, no desire to be decent.
I’d stake out that mall with police K-9 units.

Thing is, it’s not just that they’re feral, it’s that feral is organizing.
That is likely true. I remember, back when I still lived in the Cleveland, Ohio area. A new mall was built in Strongsville, Ohio. Nice place, like most new malls. But there was a huge fight with the regional transit authority (RTA) over whether or not there should be bus service at the mall. Locals did NOT want this because they knew that it would bring in the riff-raff. The county, of course, did want it because it wasn't fair to the "riff raff" to not have a mall to loot, having already ruined those closer to home.
The mall, as far as I know, is still there, but I believe that the leftards got their bus station too. Hopefully, the locals will win out over time but there's no telling.
