Just a day after the cable network hoped to silence criticism on its Ku Klux Klan-centric docuseries “Generation KKK” by changing the title, the network has now canceled the show all together.
In a statement, the network said it scrapped the series (which had been renamed “Escaping the KKK”) after discovering that participants on the show, including Klan members, were paid to participate by production company This Is Just A Test.
“A&E learned last night from the third-party producers who made the documentary that cash payments — which we currently understand to be nominal — were made in the field to some participants in order to facilitate access,” the network said on Saturday. “While we stand behind the intent of the series and the seriousness of the content, these payments are a direct violation of A&E’s policies and practices for a documentary. We had previously provided assurances to the public and to our core partners – including the Anti-Defamation League and Color of Change – that no payment was made to hate group members, and we believed that to be the case at the time. We have now decided not to move forward with airing this project.”

Personally I refuse to believe that there are more than a couple hundred actual KKK members still alive on this continent.
Maybe they can pull their heads out of their tail pipe and crack the carbon cake off their sensor package and do a series on the BGF (Black Guerilla Family).
Of course, they’d be found dead in an ally if they tried.

More than a few people believe many KKK members are FBI or other gubmint plants.

Every time the media gets fired-up about a “major KKK rally” it always turns out to be four guys with green teeth handing out leaflets in front of a county courthouse someplace.

Like ACORN, they just changed their names. Look into Planned Parenthood and their supporters.
Well, actual KKK certified, maybe not. But there are lots of sympathetic militia types out there. I’ve seen them.

The vast Majority of Demonrats in this Country are as Racist as any of their forefathers in the KKK, they still believe, though not “officially” members of the KKK, theis Hearts and Minds are at One with them, making them Defacto Proud Members.

Of course. And the media always goes on to portray these guys as typical white people who supported Trump.
Yeah, it kind of sucks for A&E when they realized that there were more bigamists in the US than Klan members. Heck, there’s just about more of anything in this country than Klan members; were it not for Hillary’s efforts (as well as other Democrats), the Klan would have closed the year with just 500 members. Congratulations, Hillary, you restored the Klan, like so many other Democrats have in the past.
There is a Klan enclave in the county next to us. I imagine at least one of them is a fed.
