We should divide some of the more liberal circuits to give him even more vacancies to fill.
Hastings was convicted and removed from his judgeship, but Congress didn’t have the guts to impose the maximum penalty —disqualification from holding any Federal office.
Trump should push Congress to greatly EXPAND the number of Federal judges. In the interests of ensuring speedy trials as guaranteed by the Constitution, there should be no bottlenecks in court calendars. Double the number of Federal judges, and Trump appoints young very conservative judges to all of them.
Judges that do not hesitate to throw out spurious law suits, that castigate litigants trying to use courts as lottery systems, and that restore the “justice is blind” policy rather than favoring VIP defendants and penalizing deep pocketed defendants for the crime of having deep pockets. Judges that refuse to override the will of the people on state laws.
