What people are sick and tired of is dishonesty and outright bias, not funny entertainment. Baldwin does one of the best impersonations of a President from SNL I have ever heard and it's funny as all get out! The idiots are going to hate no matter what, but it doesn't matter because we now have someone who basically says, FU, I will fight back.
The more they disparage Trump the more at least half to 3/4ths of America will dislike them because they show their childish bias.

I know Donald Trump is a showman but what I found interesting is that on election night it was H who had the big splashy fete while the one Trump held was a more subdued affair. I think Trump wants a big splashy inauguration but there have been a number of posters here who would be happy with a simple swearing in in the oval office and for him to sit down and get to work. The big splashy inauguration does have the potential to backfire on him but I hope not. The Bushes and Clintons may not attend which is a plus for many Freepers. As to “entertainment” aren’t the balls enough for the hoi polloi? Military bands with say a good singer from the armed forces is all I personally would like to see.
Yes they need to choose carefully. I foresee a repeat of what happened to Pence at Hamilton. They are set to disrupt the inauguration ceremonies.

I know guys who wanted to be comedians so they signed up for a few amateur stand up gigs. NOT at all easy to stand up in front of people and try to be funny - the crowds are merciless even when you’re not getting paid. Most people quit the first time they get booed.
I’ve seen Alec Baldwin be a good actor in some movies way back when before he bloated up but the clips I’ve seen of him on SNL? Sorry - he is not at all funny.
Someone should tell him his Trump imitation is awful - he’s nothing like Trump. With the wig you can tell who he’s trying to be but other than that he really sucks. The voice is wrong, the accent is wrong, he doesn’t caiture any if the mannerisms. He is not good at comedy but he’s even worse at impersonations.
I thought Tina Fey did a good impression of Sarah Palin. I didn’t watch and I didn’t laugh because I’m tired of liberal entertainers ruthlessly mocking only conservative celebrities while giving their fellow liberals a pass. But I have to admit Tina Fey and some of the others were at least good at it.
