I am not saying that she will succeed. I am not saying that she will not keel over before then. I am not saying that ambitious Democrats, finally sick of taking a back seat to the Clintons don’t conspire to wrest control of the party from her. All I am saying is that she, as of now, is planning to try again.

Count the vote by congressional district. One EV per CD carried, plus two extra for carrying the majority of a state's CDs, or the state's popular vote in the event of a tie in CDs. But no electors! Make the electoral vote automatic, based on the relevant popular votes.
In that system, stealing votes in an available urban cesspool at most steals a CD, not a whole state.
In that system, the Donald would probably have received 15 EVs from California!
But don't hold your breath. The change would require a constitutional amendment.
In the meantime, dissolve the Union if the election does not come out as voted!!
Hillary got the illegal vote and Democrats are who they will vote for en masse. This is why the Democrats are willing to go to the mat to keep illegals in the country.

I believe the “Motor Voter law,” put forth by Wendell Ford, liberal Senator from KY, years ago, made that possible. If I understand correctly, it was a scheme to try and insure that Democrats would never lose an election because you are registered to vote when you get a driver’s license. You do not have to prove anything else and it applies all over the country. Quite a problem for real American citizens, if true. Democrats and the left wing are like the dog chasing the car. They will not like what they get when they succeed with their un-thought-out aggressions.
The way to solve the California, and other similar problems, is with tough bankruptcy laws for states. No bailout, but reversion to territorial status. No Senators of voting Reps, and the now defunct ‘State of Bankruptcy’ could resolve its financial issues before re-applying, in whole or in part, for re-admission for statehood.
Next I look forward to the trail of tears for criminals who thought our nation would remain lawless forever and the following EXODUS back the other way across our borders, many never to be permitted to return.

Cali needs to be cleaned up. Obviously the politicians in that state are corrupt. Cut off any funding to them and run the illegals out. It may get a little messy, but it will be worth it.

With apologies to California Freepers that produce the site and provide lots of monetary support, California needs to be purged. Those that lie outside the blue coastal zone can reapply if the taint and stench is removed
