Wait a minute.

How many Sioux reservations are there?

Can’t they all be consolidated onto one reservation for ease of administration?

We have 330 sovereign nations within our borders populated by Americans of Chinese Descent.

How many sovereign nations do we have for Americans of Italian Descent?

Americans of Swedish Descent?

Why do we have to have sovereign nations within our borders for Americans of Chinese Descent?

Note to sitting bull: you lost the war, take this blanket and baccy and go back to squaw in warm wigwam. Endeavor to Persevere.

Send in Ward “Walking Eagle” Churchill and Elizabeth “Fauxcahontas” Warren to resolve the situation.

Money goes to the tribal council and stops there.

“the tribe’s true desire - easy money”

Why does anyone imagine reservation treaty tribes have casinos? Or fireworks stands? Or tobacco stands? Why does anyone imagine that, despite the ‘easy money,’ all but the ruling families live in poverty or near poverty?

This needs to be shared far and wide. Nothing more than a Sharpton/Jackson style shake-down with paid protestors who are useful idiots being used by the enviro-whackos. The company has already won this in court and I expect the Trump administration to end this stupidity.

We have them because our foundling father sought to include them in the Constitution, and ‘as such they have rights while the rest have mere privileges which can be revoked at any given time’ - SCOTUS 3X rulings.

=====Money goes to the tribal council and stops there.======

Lost count of how many Navajo tribal leaders have gone to prison for putting their hands up to the elbows in the till in Navajo Land. On the rez itself the appearance of poverty living with the money that flows thru their coffers is appalling.

Recent advances in science prove that there are no “Native Americans”.

They migrated here from China.

It is discrimination to just give them chunks of American soil and money from Americans who are not of Chinese Descent.

They are entitled to the same things that all Americans are entitled to, but no more.

Again, we have no German sovereign nations within our borders.

We have no English sovereign nations.

So that’s the deal. I’d been wondering what the heck all this was about. Now it makes sense.

Been involved with the legalities of Treaty Law since 1974 ... and all the ‘we were created here’ nonsense ...

Funny how none of this info ever penetrated the MSM. What we and the rest of the country pretty much heard were the Indians’ claims, unchallenged by contravening facts. More fake news.

Imagine a study of media bias based solely on this event, and that the questions were (true/false):

1. The pipeline passes, or is scheduled to pass, through the Standing Rock reservation.

2. The pipeline passes through Standing Rock burial sites.

3. Required environmental impact studies were waived prior to construction.

4. Indian tribes were not consulted prior to construction.

5. Prior to the commencement of construction, the project did not obtain the necessary permits.

6. Prior to construction, there were no public hearings on this project.

7. The project creates a unique hazard to water supplies, a hazard not present in most other pipeline projects.

I believe the answer to all of these questions is, "False," but someone who relied solely on the MSM would probably reply "True" to all of them. Fake news.

They are getting paid to protest, and now they want to get paid to stop protesting.

If they had Italian last names, the pattern would be more recognizable.
