The federal govt. is $14 trillion in debt - if interest rates were to normalize, the govt. would have to declare bankruptcy; dollars are no longer backed by gold; the federal govt. accounts for a bigger percentage of spending than it ever had in the past; a bigger percentage of the population is out of the workforce than ever before; etc.

Former "Apprentice" star Omarosa Manigault and Cleveland Pastor Darrell Scott, two of Trump's most prominent black supporters, sat in on the meeting. Scott told reporters that the president-elect gave a "verbal commitment" to merge Brown's program with the Trump administration.
Throughout the campaign's closing stretch, Trump make direct appeals to the black community, promising that he would help make their communities safer as president.
Marxism has no racial or ethnic prejudice; it’s been tried by morons, idiots, and government thieves on every continent.
The fact that it’s been a miserable failure and promoted untold suffering wherever it’s been tried is either lost on or ignored by fools and would-be tyrants for the past hundred years.
The arch-*sswipe, obama, has deliberately chosen to ignore the lessons of history.
That’s exactly his style. He’s always careful to understate things a little bit or to sort of couch things in pitying terms but you can feel his rage bubbling beneath the surface. I wonder if he’ll let it all hang out in his post presidency.

I wondered what did anyone ever see in him in the first place? When he was campaigning and elected I heard how intelligent, how great a speaker he was, but all I saw was a hemming and hawing phony.
