I remember watching a video about the concern for Iran loading a nuclear device in a container ship and launching it to detonate over the Eastern US from international waters near us. I wonder if this could be installed in a passenger jet for Iran Air as well. I notice that Iran Air provides service to NYC, so such an aircraft wouldn’t have to venture too far off path to make sh_t happen.
I would suggest get paid up front.
All in all, this fits in with Trumps’s idea of expanding markets overseas for U.S. manufactured products. Better Boeing than Airbus. Once in office, it is highly unlikely he would do anything to stop this deal.
Trump’s beef with Boeing was over the high costs to TAXPAYERS for the new Air force One aircraft.
It was, but remember Trump has that canny ability to know about things...it’s really weird, like Paris before it happened...a few other things he has come out with...I would not second judge him...
Besides that, he does things like this, the media has a crumb and then look at what happens, now we know about Boeing and Iran’s 16.6 Billion dollar deal...anyone else you know that can do that???
