Obama’s CIA says wikileaks got Hillary’s stuff from the Russians. Wikileaks, including Julian Assange, swears it was’t the Russians.
Who do you believe?
Sadly, the Russians more than my own president. Obama legacy.
I do not believe Russia has anything to do with the loosing of Hillary...
I believe she did that all on her own, her history is that of a liar, cheat, crook, terrorist if you will, selling our government to put money in her pocket...
The people she associates herself with are of the same brand...if any one is more dirty than the Clintons, I would like to see them...

They write to a “distribution list of positions” not individuals. The “list” exists by statue they have no say on it. On that list are the military commands, you want the commanders to not get Intel?
Clapper is the Director of National Intelligence. He is responsible for integration of information from all intelligence organizations including the military intelligence organizations and the CIA. While he doesn’t control them, he has a lot of influence over them. He is still the DNI since his resignation is effective at the end of the Obama administration.
Apparently they've been ordered by their current boss to prevent that from happening.

I did and know there is more to it than meets the eye. As I understand it he was made into no more than a figurehead after Snowden’s revelations came out.
