NAILED IT, Especially if they are the special sort that can fill out reams of paperwork for their gubermint benefits, but cannot go to the DMV for an ID card....

Here's an idea: make it a requirement to show Real ID in order to apply for ANY federal benefit. This would allow us to laugh at any Democrat who thereafter claimed that requiring Voter ID "disenfranchises" the poor.

Then have a program where the FBI spot-checks federal benefit applications, and prosecutes any person applying for benefits with fake ID, AND prosecutes any government benefits worker who did not follow procedure to validate ID before approving benefits.

I should have said “Presidential” instead of “Federal”. Do you have any suggestions to get closer to 1 vote per legal citizen in a Presidential election? Perhaps we are already as close as we can get, given our givens.

“The major fraud is by insiders “voting for” a lot of those who didn’t show up on Election Day.”

Live in Northwest Indiana (Lake County) including Gary. There are no Republican officials in inner city. The problem is that there are people who think they are doing the Lord’s Work when they cheat against the “evil” Republicans. They are doing their “duty” by insuring continued Democrat rule. Despicable but true.

And as mentioned elsewhere, purging the role every 2-3 years would go a long way to ensure voting integrity. Voting is an important civic function, and those who would complain about needing to reregister every 2-3 years should not be voting anyway.

First sorry for the lousy spelling but Inamndrivng and using voice to txt. citizenship is a federal issue so maybe the fed has a role in establishing a minimum requirement for eligibility. We have always tried the make law enforcement a local issue.

Would like to suggest that voter reform incl
ude a provision that no precinct vote can be certified until
the number of votes cast reflects exactly the number of persons
signed in less any invalid (unreadable) ballots. Someone else has suggested every counted ballot and voter sign-in has to have matching fingerprints so that they can’t substitute ballots.(Bonus that purple ink on the finger prevents double voting. No statewide election can be certified by the SOS until ballot count match is completed. Cameras in every voting place certified functioning and showing clearly the ballot boxes. Ballot boxes when sealed, are sealed with numbered, tamper-proof tape just like drug screen samples. Machine votes have to print a hard copy before the vote is cast, which the voter can correct before finalizing, plus a hard copy for checking.

What is needed is a law that requires that the names and addresses of everyone who cast a vote be published within a week after the election. This would eliminate vote counts that do not match how many votes were actually cast. It also would eliminate illegal voting, dead people voting, and people voting more than once in separate locations. In addition, voting should be ONLY on election day, at the polls, no absentee ballots, no mail in ballots. A remedy can be applied to those serving in the military who are unable to vote otherwise.

Send these ideas to the Trump campaign. It is very well thought out and all makes sense.

If they start trying to obtain a proper ID now, they just might make it.

That gives the purveyors of fake IDs plenty of time to gin them up and sell them.

What do they mean by STRICT?
A simple ID of any type should do.
Driver’s License,
Passport
EBT card,
SS card

Anything is better than NOTHING.

We already have a required registration and photo ID.

This confuses me.

Jill is posting on twitter that Hillary is the only one who can get the Michigan recount going again now. But I think the deadline has passed.
