Remember when the Feds forced the 55 mph speed limit on all of the states? Either the states followed the law or they received no federal highway funds. Same thing could be done with illegal immigration.
The Emergency Highway Energy Conservation Act was a bill in the U.S. Congress that enacted the National Maximum Speed Law. States had to agree to the limit if they desired to receive federal funding for highway repair. The uniform speed limit was signed into law by President Nixon on January 2, 1974, and became effective 60 days later, by requiring the limit as a condition of each state receiving highway funds, a use of the Commerce Clause of the United States Constitution.
The legislation required 55 mph (90 km/h) speed limits on all four-lane divided highways unless the road had a lower limit before November 1, 1973

It’s not stupid. It’s an invasion. They came in to steal our land and get it back for Mexico. They can’t do it if we kick them out now. This is the state of California declaring war on the U.S.A. Our response should be with tanks and bullets and bombs until they are beaten into submission and we force them to rewrite their Constitution into a pro-American one.

Think of the hundreds of millions if not billions expended to convict these people, and all the victims families friends associates, not to mention the witnesses that risked their lives and families to come forward and testify.
Brown threw everyone under the bus on this one, except the guilty.
You also know that they can now steal up to 900$ and only get a ticket for it? that last prop they passed...

I did my best to wade through the idiotic measures on the ballot, and think I did a pretty good job.
That one point didn’t pop out at me. I’m sure I voted against it though.
Going easy on crime makes it easy to be a criminal.
I have family in southern cali....won’t go to visit them. I cannot carry my gun in cali.
