From what I just read, the 6th Federal Appeals court expects the Fed Circuit judge to accept the outcome of the MI state court decision. I would expect at this juncture the end result will be this goes to MI Supreme Court, Stein will try to get justices removed, then when they rule recount is over, the parties will convene with the Federal Circuit court who will either go against his upper court ruling or not. If he does, the fed appeals court will likely reverse.
Touch screen machines should be outlawed! Universal mark-sense ballots are the way to go for an auditable (recountable) canvass. unless, of course, the pens to mark the ballots come from Russia. :)
Yep, that’s why the state had a two day waiting period. Stupid Obama judge not only took it upon himself to usurp state law, he ruled count till I say stop.
Lets see what he does in the AM.

I believe MI has 100% paper ballots which are scanned in the precint by an optical scanner which then holds the ballot.
