Yes they only counted 72 of 1500 precincts but ALL of them were in Philly and Philly is where 95% of Dem votes come from. That is why they chose it for the recount they could get.
The rest of PA is Republican by quite a bit.If all they picked up were 5 votes in Philly they will be lucky to get even that many in the rest of the State.
They need 49,000 to overcome the lead of Trump.

" . . . and then the Republicans got home from work.
And they don't have the time to go out and demonstrate a riot for the same reason.

Is it possible that they wanted these recounts in states that they knew would come out with very little change, so that when they are done with these three, they will declare that as proof that there is no cheating and that there should not be any questions raised in the future about it ?Hillary Clinton Loses 18,422 Votes in Day 3 of Wisconsin Recount

We could always extradite Soros to Russis as an opening in Trump’s new era of cooperation with them.

Thank you. That's one of the things I really like about FR; there's always someone who knows historical facts. And how the heck could I forget William Penn? I am from a generation that had a fairly good education in history (graduated HS in '65, college in '70).
I'm kind of a history buff, but I tend to have more interest in military history and the history of warfare. I guess I should rephrase my earlier question: who runs the website BillyPenn?

Guess I should have read the “about” on the site:
“Billy Penn is a mobile-first platform designed to connect citizens to relevant news and information about Philadelphia, and to drive civic engagement via affinity groups and events. The project from veterans of newsrooms at the Washington Post, Philadelphia Inquirer, Digital First Media, Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, the Patriot-News, Tribune Co. and WHYYs Newsworks launched in October 2014.”

Interesting, hopefully they'll realize that people are more interested in news than opinions - at least from the media.
I think many newspapers lost the interest of their readers because of the nature of their content.
