The typical way things move in Washington (Congress to be exact) “Pretty Soon” means a month or two. Trump more than likely will wait until after the swearing in to insure there will be minimum resistance from the demodummies as the conservatives take majority control.

Napolitano didn’t support Trump during the election, and he wrote some pretty negative things about Trump at the time. Besides, his name isn’t on the list of potential Supreme Court picks that Trump promised to choose from (neither is Cruz for that matter).
