It seems like there isn't a regime around the world that this guy hasn't wanted to replace at one time or another.

If it was/is an oppressive regime, Bolton. like Reagan, probably wanted to help the freedom fighters within the regime. I see nothing wrong with that. But military invasion to overthrow a regime like Bush's stupidity with Iraq is stupid beyond belief.

You'll have to show evidence that Bolton was complicit in the invasion of Iraq knowing the WMD thing was bull sh#t.

No, I don't. The invasion of Iraq was an illegitimate military campaign even if all the WMD nonsense this country was fed by the Bush administration was accurate.

Dick Cheney openly stated all the way back in the early 1990s that invading Iraq would have disastrous consequences for both Iraqi people and the U.S. Nothing changed between 1990 and 2003 other than the delusional "cakewalk" predictions we saw from the armchair quarterbacks who were orchestrating the whole thing. All the evidence you need to support this is right in front of us here in 2016.

Anyone who had any role in that clusterf#%& should be in prison, not working for the U.S. State Department ... and certainly not under consideration for the freaking U.S. Secretary of State.

I agree with you 100%. I didn't support Donald Trump just to see him bring a bunch of Bush hacks back to Washington.

The people who supported him in the Republican primaries specifically to put an end to the Bush dynasty in the GOP didn't, either.

Alberta's Child: Go through my posts on FR over the last few weeks and you'll find plenty of reasons not to like the guy.

Trump would do well to keep all of these "neo-con" globalists out of his cabinet. Bolton has never met a foreign military campaign he didn't want someone else to fight.

Translation: Bolton is pro-Israel. And "true conservatives" regard Israel as The Land Of Mordor Where The Shadows Lie.

"True conservatives" wanted Americans to die for Rhodesia and Nationalist China.

Bolton would be the best choice.

Rudy has no foreign policy experience except trying help out with the crime in Mexico City after he retired as Mayor. He dealt with Andres Obrador, an anti-American nationalist hack who bad-mouths the U.S. any chance he gets and has been running for El Presidente for years. Carlos Slim financed the deal to the tune of $4.8 million. Unfortunately for the locals, things didn't work out down there.

Petraeus was at the CIA Headquarters during the whole Benghazi episode. He knew about all the shenanigans between the arms dealing from Libya, thru Turkey and down to the evil-doers in Syria and Iraq. He was and is derelict in his duties to come forward with that information. Not to mention the classified emails he showed to his paramour. OUT!

Therefore, among the current candidates, John Bolton would be the best choice.

Excuse me, but you are accusing Bolton of bring complicit in the invasion of Iraq, implying he also knew the WMD thing was b/s, but you don’t have to show proof or evidence of such accusation?

What evidence or proof do you have that Bolton had any connection to the Iraq invasion?

Thanks for the translation. Can’t keep all this conservative neo-crap straight. I have real problems with the whole “conservative” thing. That term and its application is confused and means nothing to me anymore.

I believe in freedom. I support those who hate unlimited government and love the Constitution and individual freedom. Whatever that is - those who love the Free Constitutional Republic of America - that is what I am for.

And I love those who love Israel and am against those who are against Israel.

You're claiming I implied something about him even though I never said any such thing, but somehow I have to show proof of what I "implied?" I'm not sure I get this. He's either a complicit player in a giant fraud (which is not what I said) or he's incompetent (which is the most generous thing I could have said). Either way, he doesn't belong anywhere near the Trump administration.

What evidence or proof do you have that Bolton had any connection to the Iraq invasion?

Just do an internet search using terms like "Bolton," "Project for the New American Century," PNAC," etc. and you'll find out all kinds of things. This guy was clamoring for the U.S. to invade Iraq long before Bush was even in the White House.

Are you aware that there are people on the Right who hate Israel and blame it and the Jews for everything (gay rights, abortion, Communism, etc.)? I didn't until I started encountering the literature of such people in my 20s and I still can't wrap my head around it, but it's true nonetheless.

Keep your eyes open. There are people attacking Israel on FR right now.

I don’t. It depends on who it is and what else they’ve done.

I’m at the point where I just want Trump to succeed in his major promises: wall, illegal immigration, Obamacare, taxes, trade deals, rebuild military, support Israel, cancel regulations, bring back jobs.

I don’t care if the wall gets bricked in across the Texas border by George Bush himself. All I care is that it gets built.

I don't know them.

Okay, so you don't know the sources of Bolten's income.

I guess so but maybe it’s subtle, not open like you’ve pointed out. Almost like a secret code. i haven’t broken that code yet.

I will say this however. Those on the “Right” who hate Israel are more likely than not in league with the Israel-hating Left whether they know it or not.

The world is rapidly shaping up between two fundamentally opposite spiritual poles: the spirit of the grace of Christ and the spirit of antichrist. The Left and those that hate Israel are generally those adhering to the dark spirit of antichrist which will eventually usher in the End. Believers and those who are not yet believers but will be, of Israel and elsewhere, are those of God who are of the light who will be taken up to Heaven when Jesus returns for His church.

Those of Israel who believe after that will, again be those fighting the spirit of antichrist. Some will be killed but many will be hidden by God and saved until that horrific time is over.

In the meantime, that is the essence of our battle: the spirit of Christ versus the spirit of antichrist.

1. I know which organizations have employed him.

2. You can find plenty of information about the public positions he took while employed by these organizations.

3. That certainly raises a legitimate point about who exactly was paying him to do all of this.

Well then by all means make a specific accusation.
