Wisconsin's last statewide recount was in 2011 for a state Supreme Court seat and the outcome did not change. The recount showed Justice David Prosser defeated challenger JoAnne Klopenburg by 7,004 votes — a slightly tighter margin than the 7,316-vote victory he had in initial returns.
That recount took more than a month. This one would have to happen more quickly to meet the Dec. 13 deadline.
"You may potentially have the state electoral votes at stake if it doesn't get done by then," Haas said.

Could the strategy be to deny Trump the Wisconsin Electoral votes by making sure a recount cannot be done in time for the Electoral College vote? Wanting the recount done by hand means they WANT it to take a long time.
Probably her strategy for all states she is contending.
I pray they deny her requests.

Wisconsin has a Republican governor and legislature, so don't expect any of this to make a difference.
No recount, period! Anyone who loses in future would want a recount. Trump won, Hillary lost. The end of story

With 306 electoral votes, he still wins(280) even if he loses Mich(16) & Wisc(10).
They also need PA(20) and they wont get it. PA is a ridiculous state to recount....no vote trail.

This is all just meaningless crap. There will be no recount, Trump will be certified by the Electoral College, and the rest is just Stein engaging in verbal mastications.

This was with enough precincts still outstanding to overtake the margin, and I believe she actually fell back behind while she was giving this 'victory' press conference.

Remember when Bush/Gore happened, there was no appointing cabinet picks as there are in President Elect Trump’s position, so that tells me that all this ‘vote counting’ is just that CRAP...
Here’s a far-out scenario, but who knows: the recount “exposes” massive, pre-arranged voter fraud planted by the left but made to look like it was done by Trump allies. Then the courts step in to delay the election and keep Obama in office until everything is worked out. Supreme Court rules 4-4 to uphold lower court ruling and override congress.
...and President Romney and Vice President Paul Ryan are left out in the cold...again!!!

It’s over. Trump won. He doesn’t need WI. And the chances of the result being overturned in WI are slim to none and slim just left town.
