Donald Trump has repudiated the fringe "alt-right" group that celebrated his election win with Nazi salutes.
In a far-ranging interview with the New York Times, the US president-elect was quoted as saying: "I condemn them. I disavow, and I condemn."
He said he did not want to "energise" the group, which includes neo-Nazis, white nationalists and anti-Semites.

It seems to me that the “Alt-Right” is just another Leftist propaganda effort to label conservative groups as ‘haters’ because they do not endorse every leftist position and opinion.

As with all of these labels - it is hard to tell who is what. (I’m still confused on the whole Gen X thing). I’m pretty sure Milo (Jewish heritage and gay conservative) considers himself an “alt X”. My kids are tuned into that form of media (a bit too brash for my tastes). I think the Nazi crap is a very small fringe group that somehow is considered “alt X”.
Sort of like saying all conservatives are Nazi’s and KKK and hate women. Although I guess nobody would ever say that. /s

Although this Richard Spencer may have coined it, the Leftist media has used it to group nearly every conservative group that they hate into it. At least that is my conclusion based upon all of the MSM/LSM pre-election balderdash I heard.
They use a vague term and shift its meaning to create false associations.

Obummer never disavowed the racist New Black Panthers and a myriad of other racist, white hating, conservative hating, Christian hating groups and the press thought he was great.
I’m not saying Trump should get in bed with them but the fact the MSM has to even go there is just more proof of their hypocrisy.
