Such as "partaking" in drug trafficking? And then you rambled on with an analogy between drugs and guns, as if the 2nd amendment gives you the right to bear drugs.

I've been enjoying doing this a lot lately. With a hollowed-out cigar and a bag of weed, it's possible to sit back and enjoy anything.

The finer point on this is that state residents can be lulled into thinking there’s no criminal exposure.
If a fed case is working and you’re busted, guess what. You’ll be charged under federal statutes.
So I don’t see this as some idle thing to be ignored for a better time or better cause.
Folks need to be aware of this.
