Anthony Hopkins played Hitler in a made for TV movie called “The Bunker.” (Made around 1981.) If there’s a rant in there, it would be ideal fodder for someone putting together a spoof on all the “Downfallen” Hitler rants.
Bruno Ganz (actor who played hitler in ‘Downfall’) is interviewed about the parodies. Pretty much a good sport about it.

You just know the DNC had a film crew to document the campaign and election of the first woman president, and election night footage would be a highlight of the show. I bet the camera crew were ordered to stop filming when it became obvious she was going to lose, but a smart guy would have let the cameras roll.
Somebody’s got everything on film even if the DNC ordered it erased. Some cameraman or editor or PR guy kept a copy.
