“sites, like “Breitbart”, for example, acting under the guise of free press, ... torpedo democracy
with falsehoods and agitation.”

Max, there is no “guise of free press”: either there IS a free press or there is NOT a free press. I see MULTIPLE falsehoods and agitation on a daily basis from WaPo, NYT, ABC, CBS, NBC, CBS, MSNBC, LA Times, Salon, Slate, Vox, New York Daily News, Boston Globe, AP, McClatchy and all the rest. It sounds to me that you would have to ban all of the above under your “guise of free press” theory. Or is it just that you want to ban the Brietbart’s of the world because you disagree with what they publish? I thought so. Autocrats like yourself everywhere wish to ban everyone with whom they disagree, under the “guise of free speech”, naturally.

He HAS no message and the Greeks were probably soooo tired of listening to his inane ramblings about me, me, me.

His apology tour at the beginning of his administration has become a whining tour at the end.

He told them that the press exposes wrongdoing and makes politicians accountable
.................
Someone else said that today, too. Must be talking points to justify media attacks on Trump.

Obama leaves Athens without a lasting message

In ten weeks, the headline will be: "Obama leaves office without a lasting legacy."

You can see that he knows he will settle into the ash bins of history as the first Black President who was also the most divisive and screwed up person to ever taint the Oval Office.

All that hope and change crap turned out to be the greatest disappointment ever - he had an extraordinary chance and he blew it big time. I believe he had fantasies that it might not ever end and he's genuinely shocked to see the end of the line rushing to meet him. Psychopaths have that happen to them when reality manages to inch in.
