Hopefully nothing is really done about Lerner for the next 60 days as she smugly enjoys her lavish federal pension. Sometime in late winter a special prosecutor will hear her assert her 5th amendment right again. Sometime next spring Lois Lerner will be charged with multiple felonies and will soon be enjoying a lavish (unfortunately) federal penitentiary.
Democrats should be given two choices: Support draconian legislation to remove the bias and abuses at the IRS and other government agencies or Trump puts the hammer down on the left 10x what the IRS did in this case.
They would fold.
This can’t be true, EVERYONE in the IRS TESTIFIED UNDER OATH before Congress that there was “NO TARGETING” of Conservative groups.
All directed by Val and BO. That’s why they pled the 5th to protect BO
Masterful Idea!!!
It’s news, because it’s proof of what we knew, that the IRS was used to punish political enemies of the WH.
Hopefully Trump will clean house.
Probably not enough “proof” for Comey...
All the Tea Party groups should sue and the government (2017) should agree to a consent decree where each Tea Party group gets $10M per year for ever.
Start arresting folks. They all need to go to jail. Ain’t no sympathy for IRS agents/staff.
The IRS needs to be abolished. Our country was founded and grew so well until the PROGRESSIVE income tax was enacted. That is when the middle class wealth began to be drained.
Wouldn’t it be wonderful to return to the constitutionally correct principle of no income tax? That is what should happen. We’ll see.
yes, do not let these guys go, the country lives under the law if the gangstamint doesn’t it must be dealt with.
Whatever sentence is given to IRS employees convicted of these crimes, let it also include public flogging.
