Idaho Trump electors report ‘barrage’ of harassing messages urging them to change votes

Idaho’s four presidential electors say they have been getting harassing phone calls, emails and Facebook messages urging them to become “faithless electors” and not cast their votes for Donald Trump in the electoral college.
“A lot of ’em use bad, rough language,” said Layne Bangerter, one of the four electors. “Nothing I feel intimidated over. But we’re watching it very closely. They’ve got our home phone numbers, our cell numbers, our emails, our Facebook. We’re just getting an orchestrated barrage from the left.”
Idaho’s other three Trump electors are Jennifer Locke, of Coeur d’Alene, Caleb Lakey, of Kuna, and former state Sen. Melinda Smyser, R-Parma. “Caleb told me he had over 200 and something when he checked this morning,” Bangerter said.
Locke said, “It is concerning to me. It does feel like some level of intimidation.”
She said one message urged her to “vote for Jeb.” Others questioned Trump’s qualifications or charged sexism and racism. “They’re not even from this state – it’s Oregon, New York, California, Massachusetts, a lot of these is where I’m getting messages from,” she said.
Bangerter said he’s received around 40 messages on Facebook alone. “They attack my religion, they attack my politics, they tell me that I must be a terrible father, I must be a terrible American, they use foul language – every swear word,” he said. “They’re just trying to steal this thing. They won’t be able to do it, but they’re trying.”

Trump currently has zero... The electors havent voted yet.
There is a heavy Utah influence here.
Who do we know from Utah?
A lot of us have been trying to put together all this post-election crap:
1) The rioting.
2) The continuing hit pieces on Trump
3) The continuing attempt to sever Trump from his supporters (such as saying he’s backtracking on Obamacare)
4) Whining about the popular vote
IT’S THE ELECTORS.
Look at it from their viewpoint - the ONLY WAY to stop Trump now is in the Electoral College, where Trump still has to win the vote. If Trump wins that, he WILL assume power, even if the Secret Service and/or military has to remove Obama in handcuffs.
So what they are trying to do is the following:
1) Bait Trump into saying stuff that is ‘extreme’ (i.e., get his supporters mad at him so he says something actionable).
2) Show the electors that our society will be lawless if Trump becomes president.
3) And now, start to threaten/intimidate the Electors, to soften them up for (1) or (2).
4) Keep trying to find votes in Michigan, as losing that state means they have to flip nearly twice as many electors.
Folks, we may think it’s over, but THE LEFT HAS NOT GIVEN UP on this election, not yet at least.
Hopefully our side pays attention and keeps this from becoming a real threat.
A sure way to insure they won’t be re-elected.
