The worst thing Trump can do to them is to just completely ignore them as being completely irrelevant.
Trump can communicate with the country via tweet, FB, and other social media. The dinosaur enemedia can then report on such direct communications after the fact if they so choose, but it will no longer be “news”, AND the enemedia will no longer control the narrative.

Those demands have been effective in the past. Take for example how GW Bush seems to have went out of his way to be a nice guy. Unfortunately for him the left still painted him as the most dimwitted guy to ever be president. I don’t know why the left’s criticisms have had so much power in the past, but I hope Trump ignores their wailing and gnashing of teeth. Or he can just come out and tell them to ESAD.
