Unions leaders are party of Establishment. Granted, they are really part of high-level leadership, but part of local enforcement organization whose bread are buttered by Dem establishment.

They screwed rank and file members just as GOPe screwed grassroots conservatives.

Union membership in the private sector has been in a long-term decline anyway, so I’m not sure how much influence they even have anymore.
