It's the funding that comes from Congress.

The agreement itself is simply countries voluntarily setting goals. It is not enforceable. Nothing more than an agreement reached over lunch.....with a "see ya later" thrown in.

I can’t recall the Senate voting on that. I guess I missed it.

“Obama gets to claim a legacy,...”

Trump’s recent comments about just changing Obamacare sounds like that will remain Obama’s legacy. Trump should rescind obamacare in its entirety and start over. Include parts that he wants to keep, but do NOT allow the program to remain called Affordable Care Act or Obamacare. Give him no opportunity to claim the new healthcare program.

Maybe scouting out suitable territory on behalf of the Clintons that doesn't honor extradition with the United States?

Obama and company are the lawless ones. Many of these agreements are not authorized by the constitution. They are treaties which have not been approved by the Senate (2/3 presenthe must concur).

What Obama is doing is completely unconstitutional and Trump doesn’t need to wait for the supreme court to tell him what his job is.

The Paris Agreement was never put before Congress for a vote. Why should Trump honor or accept it.

Trump has always said that Obamacare should be repealed and replaced. The replacement plan can contain a few elements of Obamacare that the public likes.

You are putting out false information. Why?

I am sure Trump will find a legal way to cancel it, when he becomes president.

The president has absolutely no legal authority or power to bind the United States to any international agreement without the advice and consent of the Senate, two thirds present consenting. There may be courtesies and accommodations between governments, but nothing in an unratified agreement is binding on the United States. That includes the so-called Iranian nuclear deal, which is why the Iranians wanted to be paid up-front in cash.

How about the fact that it would be an unratified treaty, which Trump could happily white his a@# on.

He’ll do as Madison did. Madison had many redeeming qualities, but losing graciously was not among them. BHO has almost no redeeming qualities, and losing graciously is not among the few that he has.

What did Madison do?
I know Adams acted like a sore loser, I’ve never heard the Madison story.

obama has NO redeeming anything!! If I tried, I could not find a good thing on him. HE is the most important thing to him.. and he is a vindictive, hate filled, anti American, prideful, fake, small, piece of flesh and bone, that does not deserve anything from this country... a country he tried to destroy. That house he will be living in... it pains me to know we are paying for his keep and his safety... he does not deserve anything for all he’s done to the people and to our USA.

Not false. My point was that if Trump does not completely repeal Obamacare and then develop a completely new program, Obama would still claim ownership of healthcare reform, albeit revised by Trump. You are being too defensive and are reading too much into what I wrote.
