Weekly Standard Editor Bill Kristol still does not think Donald Trump will be the Republican presidential nominee and insisted the billionaire will disappoint conservatives if he wins the White House.
Kristol stuck by his anti-Trump posture despite the fact that Trump continues to lead virtually every poll. He did, however, credit radio host Laura Ingraham with recognizing Trump’s appeal early.

I am conservative. How is it Trump is supposed to,disappoint me? I know he is not a Conservative and I am certain he would define himself as such. Heck, in an earlier era he would have been a Democrat.
Restrict hostile immigration, 2 - 3 solid justices, repeal Obamas lawlessnes. If hendoes that he get my vote in 2020.

One of my favorite things has been watching the Never Trump leader Kristol be in such despair. He is irrelevant now and he can’t stand it.
