The war on the FBI has started. The DNC will shift their thugs to attack the FBI rather than Trump.

And they’ll have help... the corrupt sh*ts in the MSM...

When the DNC wants to destroy Comey - - or ‘help control’ him the MSM and Washington Post will do their dirty work... CNN will ‘get the questions’ ...to grill and take them down too.

Elite thugs running the MSM are on the take - they’re owned by the DNC. Bribes don’t come in the form of cash for ‘journalists’ - - they come in the form of ‘help on the job’....

http://dailycaller.com/2016/11/06/wikileaks-show-washington-post-writer-asked-dnc-for-anti-trump-research/

“Washington Post columnist Dana Milbank appears to have asked the Democratic National Committee (DNC) to do the majority of the research for a negative column he wrote about Donald Trump in April 2016.”

Those emails that remain to be reviewed, will be ignored. Hillary walks.

What he said in July was that no prosecutor would charge her. Since the DOJ hasn’t changed why would his opinion change.

Comey is the same as John Roberts. They’ve made the most mind-boggling decisions that have greatly helped push the progressive agenda. Roberts with the ACA and now Comey with this “no charges” BS. Idiots.

My take on this is a bit different, but reaches similar conclusions.

Comey’s October 28, 2016 letter to Congressional investigators was worded to fulfill Comey’s promise to update them on any change in status of the Hillary private server investigation. He provided few if any details, and said nothing about other matters.

Comey’s November 6, 2016 letter stayed in the exact tracks cut by his first letter. As such, it is deliberately narrow in scope, and deals only with Hillary Clinton and the use of the private server while she was SoS.

After the October 28 letter, the DoJ was exposed for stonewalling review of contents of the Weiner-Abedin laptop, by not procuring a new warrant, to allow searching it for information outside Weiner’s sexting activity. To manage the negative publicity, DoJ hopped to, and produced a warrant by Sunday — BUT, this warrant was crafted to allow examining only emails to or from Hillary while she was SoS (Comey echoes this in his Nov 6 letter). Clinton operative/Assistant Attorney General Peter J. Kadzik was put in charge by Clinton and Lynch, and rigged the process to forestall analyzing the data for any other Clinton crimes.

In July, Comey stated that he would not recommend indictment because no reasonable prosecutor would choose to proceed with the case. That is a far cry from saying Hillary was innocent, and our Congressional Solons lacked the wit to ask Comey: Do you believe that HRC violated the law? (Not whether a prosecutor would risk his or her career, family, and life to bring a case against her, knowing a Washington, D.C. jury would acquit regardless of evidence.)

Claims that Comey’s statements and letters “exonerate” or “clear” Hillary Clinton and her cronies, are as false as the perfect white teeth she sometimes wears. The DoJ designed and timed this whirlwind “review” to produce a statement the press could deliberately misinterpret before the election.

Idiots? No, owned filth ... what must FBI personnel feel, being run by such filth as Lynch and Comey? well, they won’t have much longer to be uncomfy ... America is dissolving right before their eyes! How brave of them, to sit and watch so as not to endanger their short term paychecks!

Is the warrant publicly available? How do you know it was so limited?

To the best of my knowledge, no. I assume the warrant is secret so that American citizens can’t see the corrupt machinations of our government. My comments interpolate from multiple news stories and Comey’s letters. I don’t “know” what it says, but can apply reason to available evidence.

The following is from a nbcnews.com piece dated Sunday, 10-30-16, linked to a FreeRepublic post, same date, titled “FBI Obtains Warrant...”:

“The FBI obtained a warrant to search emails related to the probe of Hillary Clinton’s private server that were discovered on ex-congressman Anthony Weiner’s laptop, law enforcement officials confirmed Sunday.

The warrant came two days after FBI Director James Comey revealed the existence of the emails, which law enforcement sources said were linked to Weiner’s estranged wife, top Clinton aide Huma Abedin. The sources said Abedin used the same laptop to send thousands of emails to Clinton.

The FBI already had a warrant to search Weiner’s laptop, but that only applied to evidence of his allegedly illicit communications with an underage girl.

Agents will now compare the latest batch of messages with those that have already been investigated to determine whether any classified information was sent from Clinton’s server.”

Numerous news outlets published equivalent stories on October 30, and all are based on an unidentified law enforcement source. This has the cachet of an official sent to promulgate a story “on background” (DoJ, HRC, ?). The first sentence quoted above spells out what the warrant was for. I’m not a lawyer, but my understanding is that warrants have to be focused on particular things — not open-ended fishing expeditions, so I take it at face value. The reporters took what they were spoon fed like good little slaves. None explored what OTHER things might also be investigated under in the new warrant. The implication is clearly, NONE.

PS — I wish America’s journalists and Congressional investigators had your ability ask the right questions.
