Hiya radu!

Nice weather persists...all week too!

Nothing much happening with me today, I watched a few old sci-fi/horror movies on the COMET channel. One was hilarious, "Haunted Honeymoon" with Gene wilder, Gilda Radner and Dom DeLuise. I laughed my butt off, have you seen it? It was from 1986 and didn't get good reviews but was fun to watch.

Also been watching some corny 1950's sci-fi, low budget flicks too, a lot of fun!

Howz about you?

Feeling better, thanks! The oxygen treatments are over - not back to work yet but that should happen soon.

Weather here has been benign - low 70's this afternoon - high 30's overnight.

Nice weather down here all week, too, though we want rain. But guess we’d better all enjoy this weather while we can. Winter is just around the corner and it’s predicted to be a nasty one. BRRRR!

That COMET channel sounds like a winner. I haven’t seen “Haunted Honeymoon” though I’ve heard of it. Don’t know why I never watched it because with that cast, it couldn’t help but be hilarious. And love watching those old ‘50s sci-fi movies. They’re a scream these days but they freaked me out back in those days.

Recuperating from an afternoon with Hubby’s aunt. LOL! Spending time with her rattles the brain and it takes a while to feel normal again. :-)

Radu, the re-blooming irises did not re-bloom this Autumn. When we had the landscaping done we relinquished all the irises - they were in pretty bad shape. We kept a few roses - they're on probation until next year - and replanted the sedum and day-lilies.

In many respects we're starting over again. My Front Garden was planted, for the most part, in the early 90's and there were a lot of plants, as much as I loved them, that were ready to be relieved of duty.

What a shame your irises didn’t re-bloom this year. I didn’t even know about re-bloomers until Dad sent some to me for my birthday a couple of years ago and it’s so nice to have iris blooms a second or third time each year. Maybe down the road you’ll decide you’d like a few in your gardens again. There are so many colors to choose from nowadays and they’re all stunning. Wish we had room for more! I drool over them every time Breck’s sends a catalogue. LOL

Howdy, Kathy.

Looks like y’all are getting that snow and it’s coming down at a good clip. The streets are white downtown.
Just in time for driving to work tomorrow. :-(

Good evening, radu...it started snowing about an hour ago, and is steady enough so that the lawn and street are all white. Thankfully the roads that I use were dry before the snow started.

Unfortunately, the forecast for the next 8 days (at least for now) shows temps in the mid 30s and rain, BUT below freezing every night. Not good.

And now the snow has stopped at my house.

How are things in your neck of the woods? Kitties enjoying being able to get outside? How about Raivis...afraid if he goes out he can’t get back in?

Good that your route to work was dry before the snow started. That’ll help tomorrow morning.
But that forecast stinks for the rest of the week.

The snow certainly makes it a lot brighter tonight on the cams. And it looks so pretty.

The kittehs are loving the weather these days. Warm enough to be comfortable yet cool enough to make them frisky. The only drawback is all the dirt in the air and it makes their noses run - - as it does ours. We need rain!

Raivis doesn’t have any problems going outside. He knows he can come back in but he won’t show up when Hubby calls. He waits for me to step outside to call him in. It was already dark when I got home from visiting Aunt Clara today and Hubby had everyone in but Raivis. I called once and in he came. He’s a momma’s boy. :-)

Howdy LUV.

Have a nice Sunday? Did you get some more rain and storms this morning? The radar looked promising for it when I checked before turning off the computer and heading for bed. Made me jealous. LOL
