There is a lot of mouthing off on this thread by people who have no idea what the exact situation was. Neither thee or me were eyewitnesses. It is not beyond the bounds of possibility that the shooter "did" make an attempt to ascertain what might be in "line of shot". And he might not have.

"But it doesn’t really matter because if you “accidentally” killed one of my family members, rest assured I would “accidentally on purpose” put two in you.

Oh, yes...a revenge killing. An action totally unjustifiable by law. All you have done is proven you have a criminal mentality.
