With Hillary Clinton pulling out all the stops to drive her low-information base to the polls, to include rolling out pop stars Beyonce and Jay Z, rival Donald Trump shrugged off the need for bread and circuses.
Speaking to a crowd in Hershey, Pa., the GOP nominee instead gave voters the opportunity to hear from an actual candidate in the race as opposed to Clinton resorting to entertaining them in Cleveland with a concert featuring the recording artists.
“I didn’t have to bring J-Lo or Jay Z,” Trump said. “I am here all by myself. Just me. No guitar, no piano, no nothing.”
The Clinton crowd was quick to scram once the music went silent.
Fox & Friends hosts noted, “the challenges facing Mrs. Clinton were clearly on display on Friday. When she took the stage and began making the case for her candidacy, dozens of people began leaving the arena, the performance now over.”

The Clinton campaign is beginning to resemble the UConn football home-game last night.
The home team lost 21-0, all points were scored in the first quarter, and teams, coaches, and fans all took a nap for the rest of the game.
In the post-game interview the coach said he took full responsibility and then started to blame other people.

I saw an “entertainer” on CNN last night boasting about how Jennifer Lopez with Clinton appearing last, drew 8,000 in Miami. I also read the NY Times and Rolling Stone about last nights appearance, and neither one of them reported how many attended, just referred to “thousands.” I’m guessing it is safe to say that the 20,000 who showed up for Trump last night outnumbered the “thousands” who showed up to see free entertainment in Ohio that happened to include Clinton.
After all the spin on Trump ‘ s locker room talk, she brings Jay Z in.
Maybe considering the crowd she should have dropped some F, MF, and N words and they would have stayed.
Imagine the outrage at a Trump event if the language was used in a public event with kids present to see him

She is such an idiot. She should have spoke before the musicians came up there and made it unclear when the music would start. If she did that , she would have had people listen, even though they were really waiting for her to shut up.

Man I like Trump. He’s put so much on his shoulders for us. He’s stood so alone in many ways - I should donate again.
She might have been boo’d if she spoke before the concert. That would have been worse optics for her. That would have made the news.
