Not ours. But she has one that allows mandates to buy products from private corporations and says guns are illegal and abortions are the most important issue for woman’s health among other things. Not sure exactly where she got it but she wants a supreme court that will replace ours with hers.

The Democratic House refused Agnew’s request for impeacnment proceedings on his bribery charges when Gov of Md. And Executive of Baltimore County. They said charges were outside the purview of the Congress. I believe a Balt County Grand Jury had retained an indictment. He was immune from prosecution as long as he was VP, but given Nixon’s circumstances at the time he would be a terrible drag on the Administration, but if he resigned he could go to jail. So he, the Md prosecutors, the DoJ, and Haldeman worked out a plea deal. Dems in Congress pressure.d Md. to accept because it was know.n Nixon would pick Ford, whom they believed they could work with if not control and whose presence would satisfy Republicans if it came to impeachment.
The constitutional clause of High Crimes and Misdemeanors is not specifically identified as being committed while in office, although it is often implied that way. However, there is precedence of Congress actually impeaching and convicting govt. officials for crimes committed BEFORE they were in office, although not the presidency. So the precedence is there for prior crimes. This would mean impeachment could be done, although conviction would probably never happen in the Senate due to dumbrat opposition to the 2/3 majority needed.
