I’ve noticed the Wiki leaks show a lot of these short cut communications between the inner circle crowd. They dis form and get the essential out and done.

Capitalization is sometimes missing and punctuation must eat up time, however, Chelsea writes in an extremely articulate fashion even in a hurry, but particularly she is formal when communicating strategy, or thoughts, to the staff at the various Clinton shake down operations.
