After she told the FBI that she had fully cooperated by giving them any and all emails, any previous deal for immunity probably could be cancelled if these emails have any work product on them.

But the DOJ prosecutors could just as easily say there was “no intent” and give her a pass like they did Hillary.

I would imagine that any negotiations with her attorneys are along the line of getting her off from any obstruction charges or for lying to Federal agents.
