I would need to read or listen to the entire statement before reaching an opinion. I do not trust Politico for proper context. Maybe that is what she said and what she meant and Politico gave an honest assessment, I don’t know. If that is what Jeanine meant, then I disagree. Or... maybe she believes this helps cover for dems more than hurts them. I don’t know, it just doesn’t pass the smell test at the surface level.

Excuse me. Wasn’t the FBI ALREADY politicized back in July when Comey said that the Beast from Planet Clintoonie had committed crimes but would not be indicted because she was the Marxist candidate for president? All of these “experts” are FOS. It sounds as though Pirro may have finally gotten Murdoch’s memo to get Clintoonie elected.

She had a dirty trick played on her when she was running for office and so she does not like a late revelation but in this case she is dead wrong as there is clear new evidence and the investigation as I understand it was never fully closed.

The Clinton camp’s whole spin on this is that Comey acted inappropriately and has polticized the investigation. The Judge agreed with that spin. That agreement gave the left exactly the money quote they needed to run with a “even a republican agrees with Clinton that Comey was wrong” narrative.
And, indeed, the article from Politico shows the MSM is running with that narrative now, thanks to the Judge.
She should have known better but she let her own experience with a (Democrat run) investigation taint her judgement.
Useful idiot.

She only defended Hillary on one point. The balance was not exactly favorable.

Watch the show! She said that the FBI/DOJ should never comment on ongoing investigations! Yeah..., we like it this time BUT..., were it to be YOU, would you want the investigation of some baseless allegation disclosed to ruin your reputation? THINK ABOUT IT! THERE IS A REASON THAT A RESPONSIBLE LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY DOES NOT GO BEYOND "WE DO NOT COMMENT"!

JUSTICE is on again tonight (Sunday) at 9 p.m. and she will have her ‘opening statement’ repeated..at least that is what she usually does when on the night after...
SO TUNE HER IN...SHE WAS VERY GOOD LAST NIGHT...SHE WAS TRYING TO GIVE SOME CLASS AND CHARACTER TO THE ‘DESTROYED’ FBI...
To: Behind Liberal Lines
In short, it sounds to me like Pirro and Napolitano are saying, POLITICIANS ARE ABOVE THE LAW. Don’t investigate them when they are running for office. “F” them both! They are what is wrong with America.

When the Clinton defense is “ attack the messager and criticize Comey” it’s the same thing.
To: Behind Liberal Lines
In an opening statement on her show "Justice with Judge Jeanine," Pirro said the announcement Friday by FBI Director James Comey that the bureau will review newly found emails in connection with Clinton's private email server "disgraces and politicizes the FBI and is symptomatic of all that is wrong in Washington." "Unless you win," judge.

Now wait a minute, I agree that this was highly suspect by Comey and maybe a little unfair to Hillary, it should have been accompanied by an ARREST WARRANT FOR HILLARY CLINTON and Every else involved

She did say it was wrong to come out so close to the election....but she also said......She should have been indicted before this....

Pirro is normally very good. She screwed the pooch here tho.
When you buy something, you should have full disclosure what you are buying.
