The NYPD did not grant anyone immunity. Sounds like fair game to me.

As I remember ... no grand jury means no subpoenas. And the Clinton folks did not get an immunity deal approved by a judge ... they got a letter from the FBI that they would not recommend prosecution to the Justice department.

Why would agents discover thousands of State Department-related emails with classified information on Weiner and Huma Abedin's devices? It sounds like the sex crimes unit of the FBI forced FBI Director Comey to go public. Some folks have said they thought it might have been an insurance policy.
