The question is, for me at least, if the FBI gets them from the cloud and finds they are classified and WikiLeaks drops them.... do we have to wait for CNN to interpret them for us? Can we do our own research?

It is absolutely amazing that so many people think this will help Hillary Clinton. How do any of you think Trump is as close as he is right now? If it were not for wiki links and Veritas Trump would be down a legitimate 12 points not a fake 12 points. Thinking nothing will happen because it won’t be finished before the election is very difficult to support.
The best thing that can happen is that it doesn’t finish before the election. Having this hanging over her head and having this as a weapon for Trump is an amazing gift to Trump; a gift that will keep on giving.

Wiki leaks has released thousands of emails. Hundreds of those could have been used to reopen this investigation. This is about more than new emails.

As for "foreign relations", I've got that covered, too. Before departing Germany, I was invited to sit at the stammtische of the neighborhood gasthaus (restaurant), a table reserved for family and close friends of the family. That is an honor I cherish to this day. Talk to anyone who's lived in Germany any length of time, that just doesn't happen.
