Cruz??? He lost, by a lot! Sanders, on the other hand had the thing stolen from him, and he actually won. Did you not see the convention? The main event, Hillary’s speech was half empty. They put up white noise machines to block booing. Most Americans are waking up to the fact that this is about we the people against the establishment. That goes for both R and D.
I will tell you if Trump was running with his exact platform as a dem, against Jeb! I would vote for Trump, wouldn’t you? That is why I think there will be more cross over than normal.

If Trump were running with his platform as a Dem, I wouldn’t believe him any more than I believed Bill Clinton in 1992. Bill tried to go full radical with his party, and it took the 1994 Congressional vote to get him hemmed in.
And, the “New” Democrat Bill Clinton put both Ginsberg and Breyer on the SC. As a Democrat, Trump would probably get three SC nominees and the country would be done.
