Obama won Amish 93-6 in 2012.

Cankles cannot afford to slip under 90.

Just google wealthy voters voting for Hillary.Maybe not 2-1 but that is where they are from a lot of sources. That is not counting the Republican voters that are helping the Democrats import more Democrat voters.

I think the Black Community is where there may be lots of secret Trump voters. As Trump pointed out, they have voted for Democrats for some 80 years, and what has it gotten them? Perhaps he could get 15% if everything breaks his way.
