Clinton Will Be a Strong Voice for Working Families
(WASHINGTON) – Today, the International Brotherhood of Teamsters announced its endorsement of Hillary Clinton for president. The Teamsters General Executive Board unanimously voted to endorse the former senator and secretary of state.
“We are proud to endorse Hillary Clinton for President of the United States,” said Teamsters General President James P. Hoffa. “She is the right candidate for the middle class and working men and women across the country. She will stand strong for the workers of America by fighting to reject job-killing trade deals, enforcing labor laws and working to provide retirement security for millions of people who have sacrificed so much for the chance to retire with dignity.
“The Oval Office needs to be occupied by a serious candidate who understands what it means to govern responsibly,” Hoffa said. “Donald Trump supports national right-to-work laws that are proven to weaken the middle class and has a long track record of shipping jobs out of the country as a businessman. He is no friend to working Americans.”

A two month old headline is news how?
Two things I find interesting (but not surprising) here.
1. It was the Board that made the endorsement. The membership was evidently not consulted. I wonder why.
2. The endorsement was unanimous. So not even one Board member was for Trump or Stein? Not even one?
Yeah. The DNC wants all dim candidates to patronize only union shops for all services. So this endorsement is all kinds of shocking.....
It should have been made clear that it is only Jimmy Hoffa and the hack union staff that endorse Hillary. Actual members of the union are voting en masse for Trump. Why does Jimmy believe that the members would vote in favor of transporting their jobs overseas? I’m guessing that the next vote after the election will be the one kicking Hoffa out of his union leadership post. Jimmy can panhandle for charity from the DNC machine.

That should read teamster leaders and teamster $$. The rank and file since NAFTA and their pension fiasco’s are not on board on Election Day. Belong to a union and the story is the same at every convention. Leadership drinks the koolaid, members are hard working men and women trying to pay bills and get their kids an education or a good job. They are not pleased with their leaders but are also trapped in a rigged system. When they go in the privacy of the booth the rules under Clinton I, Obama x2, have changed. There will be a large hidden percentage of crossover votes, they can’t stand Hillary and see Donald as a hard working American like they are!
It’s absolutely amazing how stupid these union clowns are. Unreal. I don’t know why their logos don’t have swastikas and hammer and sickles.
