"Attached are the state by state polling and research recommendations from the ATLAS product" [see attachment on overpolling recommendations

" also want to get your Atlas folks to recommend oversamples for our polling before we start in February. By market, regions, etc. I want to get this all compiled into one set of recommendations so we can maximize what we get out of our media polling."

From the attached recommendations:

Arizona

• Over-sample Hispanics...use Spanish language interviewing. (Monolingual Spanish-speaking voters are among the lowest turnout Democratic targets.)
• Over-sample the Native American population. The ratio of voters-to phone numbers is higher in areas with high Native American populations.

• Colorado

• Unaffiliated voters are key swing voter targets and almost all should be considered persuadable.

  Etc.......

'Oversample' also refers to getting a larger and therefore more accurate sample of a group. NOT to using a larger sample to skew the poll results.

One of our children is registered as an independent. Our mailbox has been flooded with Democrat campaign propaganda to them, especially on the issue of abortion and Planned Parenthood.

Not one piece of mail has been addressed to them from the Republican camp.

What you said is definitely true about the GOPe not expending effort to get Trump elected. But I wasn’t just talking about the presidential election. The point I was trying to make is that the democrats see the independents as persuadable and thus spent money to send their campaign literature to the independents to persuade them, not just about the presidential race but also congressional races. The Republicans didn’t even bother. I think that is a big mistake. On TV, I have seen probably a ratio of 10 to 1 of Democrat ads for congress compared to Republican ads. For the presidential race it is more like 50 to 1 for Hillary. We can not watch TV (primarily Hulu and Netflix) without the remote an inch away from our hands so that we can quickly push the mute button on her propaganda ads.

We aren’t registered by party. We have voted reliably R 36 years. We get local/state D literature and NO R literature.

We do not participate in polls.

Donald Trump’s campaign does not have the Wall Street big donor money and the backing of George Soros to be able to match all the money efforts the Clinton campaign is making on her behalf. It’s just a fact. They are making do with much less, and thus have to target their money and the timing of it being spent, much more carefully.
