John McAfee: 'Iran hacked the DNC, and North Korea hacked DYN'
CSO ^ | October 21, 2016 | CSO

"John McAfee -- in an email exchange and follow up phone call just moments ago -- said sources within the Dark Web suggest it was Iran, and he absolutely agrees. While Russian hackers get more media attention nowadays, Iranian hackers have had their share. "

NSFW: Not so sure about McAfee ... in the new Showtime documentary about him, multiple girls said that he liked to have these women sit bare bottom in a hammock with a patch of fabric removed so they could defecate in his mouth below the hammock.

There are a number of US administration officials with close personal ties to Iran. In light of the deals giving Iran $billions and permitting nukes, I expect Hillary created her server so Iran could access secrets. Also in light of Iran treating the US with open contempt, if not be surprised if they’re using her cooperation against her by releasing those emails.

McAfee may have brilliant streaks, however he’s a pretty hardcore madman and I’m just unable to buy his theories.

Valerie Jarrett was born in Iran. Huma is basically part of the Muslim Brotherhood. The jihadists own the Democrat party.

They can extort, blackmail, or stab any of these people in the back, and the Democrats won’t muster up the courage to fight back. Why bother? The Democrats knows that WE are the bad guys.

Russia did it?
Iran did it?

The point is: Hillary made it easy for someone to do it.
...Nailed it, bro...

Sounds like a typical day in the life of a Clinton acolyte.

What an amazing guy, McAfee.

Before I saw his interviews I felt nothing but scorn, felt he was nothing but a hedonist.

In fact he has some great ideas and is pretty cerebral.

I subbed to his YouTube channel, great stuff, thanks..!

Dyn wasn’t “hacked”, it was DDOS’d by Anonymous. Proof of that was Wikileaks asked them to stop and they did. McAfee is nuts.

The media is running a feint - the real points are

1. The bottom line is NOT who hacked and released the emails. The systems were vulnerable to numerous parties and were probably hacked by all of them.

2. The treachery and treason revealed by the emails should be prosecuted but so far the media has been successful in keeping the attention on the hack.

It's not his software any more. He sold the company over 15 years ago.

And i found that this 12 year old HP runs great with Linux...and i don't even have any anti malware software installed.

super! thanks for info
(there are some pretty good free antiV programs you can look at, tho..... if you don’t mind a few too many pop up adverts then you may wish to examine Avast free antivirus, and never upgrade to any paid version of course)
so far so good here
best,
fhc

On the last Windows computer i have i run Avast...after getting rid of AVG because it was getting too resource greedy.

i think you may have missed the point though. i actually run OpenSUSE 13.1 as my operating system on this computer. It is a Linux distribution. There is no malware "in the wild" that works on a Linux system. Every once in a while i get a virus in an email attachment. i just stick it into a folder to send to people who REALLY IRRITATE ME.

They do make a version of AVG that is designed for Linux, but it does not have a removal tool. It doesn't need one. To remove a virus on a Linux system, one simply deletes the file or throws it into a folder like i do for the purpose listed above.

i'm actually agnostic about operating systems, but to keep old hardware alive, Linux is your best option. This computer is long past it's expected life but it is still doing it's job.
