The Seminole County man convicted of shooting at George Zimmerman as the two drove down Lake Mary Boulevard in separate vehicles was sentenced today to 20 years in prison.
A Seminole County jury found 38-year-old Matthew Apperson guilty last month of attempted second-degree murder, armed aggravated assault and shooting into a vehicle.

I certainly don’t think Zimmerman is totally innocent here bu nobody was there and we don’t know the details of the case.
One thing I can make a judgement on is this: he shot at Zimmerman while Zimmerman was sitting in his car, then the guy was released on bond and he urinated on a neighbor’s doorstep?
Clearly this guy is a nut job.
If he makes our soldiers defend ISIS, then this is a piece of cake.

What about Spike Lee who posted Zimmermans phone number and address obviously putting Zimmermans life in danger if not an outright attempt by Lee to have him killed? Lee posted the wrong info resulting in an elderly couple being put in danger, but it doesn’t matter, it was an attempt to have Zimmerman attacked. Funny how democraps get away with this sh*t.

First of all, Zimmerman was 100% totally justified in shooting Trayvon Martin....
Secondly, why don’t we just do like the American Left and blame all of Zimmerman’s post Trayvon problems on the stress of everything that happened to him after the shooting instead of thinking he just a bad guy.

I had no idea there was such an offense named in the law. Wow! Crazy times we live in.
I think there may be related laws regarding "shooting into a dwelling" or "shooting into an inhabited dwelling".
These laws are a reflection of the fact that shooting into a place which might contain people is inherently dangerous to the people inside. It relieves the prosecutor of having to prove the danger directly.
Similarly, there are different degrees of burglary. Burglarizing an inhabited home suggests that the burglar is prepared to harm the inhabitants if detected. The potential punishments are then higher than for simple burglary.
Curious attitude for someone who admits "...*I* haven’t read a God Damn thing about it...."
