And just for the record, my OH sources say close to 93% of mail in absentees were returned in OH.

For those of you who look at McDonalds spreadsheet and Florida’s Division of Elections:

McDonald spreadsheet has a column for Florida called “Mailed ballots sent or requested”. Today that number is 2,905,772 (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1fz_V3oAUL8XJMEudq5wm5hDT_f554uagt6sIm_sJDro/edit#gid=1996929977)

Florida Division of Elections does it slightly different. They have a column called “Vote-by-Mail Provided (Not Yet Returned)” and “Voted Vote-by-Mail”. As the VOTED number goes up, they descrease the PROVIDED, NOT RETURNED number. For today PROVIDED, NOT RETURNED is 2,595,015 and VOTED is 310,760. The 2 numbers added together is, 2,905,772 and matches McDonald’s number. (https://countyballotfiles.elections.myflorida.com/FVRSCountyBallotReports/AbsenteeEarlyVotingReports/PublicStats)

Basically the PROVIDED, NOT RETURNED number is the number of outstanding ballots.

Was this for 2012 in Ohio? For Iowa, return rate is about 85 to 90%. Florida is a little lower.

Yes. 2012 OH-—this is what I’m told, 93% for mail, 95% for in person drops of absentees (or something like that).

“In the end; despite all the fireworks; it comes down to turnout.”

I agree. The enthusiasm in Florida appears to favor Trump.
