Had a plan devised by Donald Trump's son-in-law and campaign chief executive Stephen Bannon gone through, four women who have accused former president Bill Clinton of sexual misconduct would have been seated in Trump's family box during Sunday night's presidential debate.
The Washington Post spoke with four people involved with discussions for the scheme, who said it was thought up by Bannon and Ivanka Trump's husband, Jared Kushner, with the personal approval of Donald Trump. Many of Trump's top aides were unaware of the setup, but officials from the Commission on Presidential Debates found out before the debate started and put the kibosh on it, warning that if Paula Jones, Juanita Broaddrick, Kathleen Willey, and Kathy Shelton sat in the box, security would remove them. "We had it all set," Trump surrogate and former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani told the Post. "We wanted to have them shake hands with Bill, to see if Bill would shake hands with them." Clinton has long denied the allegations made against him by the women.
Giuliani said Bannon only backed down three minutes before the debate started, and the women were seated in the general audience. One of the chairmen of the debate commission, former Republican National Committee chairman Frank J. Fahrenkopf, issued the warning to Trump's campaign, and after the debate, Giuliani complained about him, saying it was unfair that during the first debate, billionaire and Clinton surrogate Mark Cuban sat in the front row. "The women were outraged," Giuliani told the Post. "They were in the holding room and ready to go. No one was pushing them. They volunteered."
Would have loved to see these Clinton victims shake hands with Bill and stare him in the eye.
It's like the ghosts of Christmas Past for Bill.
Cuban wasn’t sexually exploited.
More evidence that all aspects of the presidential "debates" are rigged. The debate commission is a disgrace.
No wonder Bill and Chelsea were white and deer eyed.
They should have been led down to the stage after the debate. That would have shocked the hell out of Billy and Hilly.
I have to wonder if the debate commission would have had the guts to have security throw them out. That would have caused a hell of a lot of attention the commission and the Clintons didn’t want.
As it was, I was shocked that the camera showed them three or four times. I was hoping Paula Jones would yell something out at the end.
I’ll also say that Hillary and Bill are so evil they don’t give a damn about those women to this day. She looked right past them.
News media is shamelessly in hilree’s corner. They know what the voters want/s.
Mark Cuban has spent plenty of time at Playboy events. Wonder if Cuban ever said or did anything disrespectful to women.
I know I set a lot of store by Cuban’s opinions. \s
TRUMP himself announced the names of the women that Bill
raped and abused and also stated that they were present in
last night’s debate audience.
Bill & Hillary Clinton are PITIFUL; but need FORCED
RETIREMENT instead of a lifetime exaltation to higher
office.
And if you read further it was a Republican that issued the order! WTF!!! I hate these Clinton-lovin’ mother-f’ers!
You got to be kidding. He’s a total pig, he and his brother behave a lot like Bill Clinton.
Disrespectful would be a gross understatement.
MSM trying to spin
Just look at Megyn le Bitch’s face last night
Of course I don’t really wonder. The understatement was intended to be sarcastic. Isn’t it ironic that Hillary’s line of attack is to try to paint Trump as a misogynist while defending her husband and touting endorsements of men like Cuban?

He was touted for Veep not so long ago.
By whom?
I’ve always felt that Donald Trump connected with people. He never seemed like a classicist.
Cuban is another billionaire who seems to like being in the limelight, but he always impresses me as looking down on people who are not as rich as him.
Trump always seemed to promote his success in terms of “look what’s possible, follow my example”.
Cuban always seems to promote his success in terms of “I know more than everyone else, you’ll never be as good as me”.
I’m not a mind reader, but that is the feeling I’ve always got from the two.
Regardless, I can’t imagine why anyone would think Mark Cuban as VP would add anything at all to the ticket (other than maybe a little more self-funding).
