the water was up to about mid level on the first floor about 30 minutes ago, it seems like there is a good chance they will survive on the upper floors or the roofs...
They represent all those who were on TV the last couple of days bragging about how they ain’t afraid of no hurricane.
Question is, who is around to hold their beer and watch?
I’m thinking the bar has moved it’s inventory to the second floor and other than staying away from the windows and some darkness, they’ll just suffer from a hangover. But I’m not paying that much attention to hurricanes anymore since when we were in Louisiana and I was working in the gulf.
They should wait until the big rainstorm passes by before they leave.
The death storm that will kill your kids, and prove global warming, and elect hillary isn’t really going to live up to its billing.
My parents (in their 90’s) said the hurricane went past Suntree (Melbourne, FL) this morning @ 5:30. They stayed home and their power, water, phone were ok throughout. No damage, not even palm leaves on the lawn...like nothing had happened. When I pushed for more, she just said calmly, “well, it was a bit breezy”. Trust the older generation to not get very excited.
the fox reporter also said there were 10 kids, who does this to their CHILDREN!
Meh.
Stupidity has its consequence.

People spend most of their time these days interacting with and through technology. The laws of nature haven’t been repealed, even though we think we can mitigate their consequences with the flip of a switch.
Like my dad always said to me- “If you’re going to be stupid, you have to be tough.”
It’s considered one of America’s Top 10 Haunted Hotels!!!

......”One Rocco more or less isn’t worth dying for.” - Frank M.
By tomorrow it might be the “Casa-blown-away” Inn
The water is 25 ft deep?
From that pic they should be fine. Just have lots of alcohol and tobacco.
No time for wussies!
He’s a news reporter who was driving around in a Jeep from his station. They’re going to feel pretty stupid in a year or two when that Jeep starts to fall apart from rust, that’s salt water.
He’s probably leasing it.
