The younger Clinton was speaking to Hillary Clinton supporters in Sioux City, Iowa when an audience member asked her the question.
“Yesterday, your father a statement about the Affordable Care Act,” the attendee posed. “I was wondering what Hillary’s plan to fix this is [inaudible].” (VIDEO: Bill Doubles Down On Obamacare Attacks — ‘There’s A Big Problem…’)
“So his question was, what does my Mom plan to do to fix the Affordable Care Act, but not scrap as her opponent wants to do,” Clinton stated before totally dodging the question.
“There are more than 20 million Americans who now have healthcare thanks to the Affordable Care Act. Those are not statisitcs, those are people’s lives, and I think that has often gotten lost in the conversation about the Affordable Care Act.”

Bill Clinton has blasted President Obama’s signature piece of legislation — ObamaCare — as “the craziest thing in the world.”
“You’ve got this crazy system where all of a sudden, 25 million more people have health care, and then the people who are out there busting it, sometimes 60 hours a week, wind up with their premiums doubled and their coverage cut in half and it’s the craziest thing in the world,” the former president railed at a rally in Michigan on Monday.
Clinton also said the system is hurting moderately successful small businesses — ones that aren’t doing poorly enough to be subsidized and fall just above the line.
“On the other hand, the current system works fine if you’re eligible for Medicaid, if you’re a lower-income working person, if you’re already on Medicare or if you get enough subsidies on a modest income that you can afford your health care,” Clinton said.
“But the people getting killed in this deal are the small-business people and individuals who make just a little bit too much to get any of these subsidies,” he added. ...”

I’m thanking my lucky stars that my BC/BS only went up 35 next year, after several years of 15-20% hikes. Just about has me broke now.

Chelsea, darlin', there are also about 20 million Americans who have lost their health insurance because, under the Affordable Care Act, they can no longer afford the premiums and deductibles.

He just described me. Premiums over $20,000 a year and no coverage and oh yeah they are dropping coverage this year. That makes twice our family has been dropped. Between the two of us we work 4 jobs. I know people who don’t work that have great coverage. Deplorable is my name.
