State police raided the offices of Indiana’s largest voter registration operation Tuesday morning, a dramatic step in a fast-developing investigation that police say is about voter fraud and election activists say amounts to a Republican-backed attack on access to the ballot in the Hoosier state.
According to organizers, nearly a dozen police entered the Indianapolis offices of the Indiana Voter Registration Project (IVRP) with a search warrant and seized multiple computers, the personal cellphones of employees and paperwork relating to the group’s get-out-the-vote operations in the state.
The group alleges that police told a worker she was not allowed to film the raid and attempted to block workers from access to counsel, said Jeff Macey, the attorney representing the IVRP. He called me from his car parked across the street from the voting offices he said he was unable to enter.
With its headquarters stripped of essential equipment, the registration drive’s future is suddenly uncertain.

D-rats (only capitalized because it’s at the start) always accuse you of that which they are guilty.
It was just a small mistake when you found a dozen or so dead people registering to vote. It's not like that represents any intentional wrong doing. It was sloppy, an oversight. What's the bid deal? What difference does it make, at this point, anyway?
Good work Indiana.
Here’s the thing. If they don’t want to go for voter ID, then they shouldn’t be opposed to an occasional surprise ‘audit’.
Liberals CANNOT see the irony and HYPOCRISY of their own positions. "THEY are violating all manner of legal standards."? What is voter fraud? Are they check ID to register? It's law in Indiana? When most normal people do not understand the ludicrous explanations that these people give for their 200+ (so far found) fraudulent new voter registrars, we have become too stupid to govern ourselves.
They have to do that also in FL,PA,NC,CO and OH.

Funny how the dead are consistently unified against Republicans. Since at least 1960, Chicago / Mayor Daly / Kennedy-Nixon days.
And voter ID does not work when you have green card holders voting. They already have legal driver’s licenses and SSNs. There are 15 million green card holders at any one time in this country.
ACORN engaged in major voter registration fraud in Indiana and Wisconsin during the 2008 election.
Ordinarily, Indiana leans Republican, but in 2008 Obama’s narrow victory was within the margin of vote fraud.

Yep, they are trying to minimize things, but forgeries =/= imperfections. The fact that they try to minimize it tells me they know it’s systemic, and probably by design.

He said the Patriot Majority would file a complaint with the Department of Justice’s Civil Rights Division against the state for voting rights violations. “They’re violating all manner of legal standards,” said Varoga. “I have certainly never seen anything like this.”
Democrats have spent decades altering voting and voter registration laws to facilitate voter fraud.
For example the law that Varoga mentions. The more voter registrations the group submits the more fraudulent registrations they can squeeze through.
They know that the more registrations they submit the more cursory the review that will be made by state employees. The state has only so much time to review voter applications before the dead line and all applications submitted by the deadline must be approved or rejected by a certain date.
So naturally the more applications submitted the the greater the number will be approved with no review of the application whatsoever. And the law above leaves them blameless for any fraudulent applications submitted under the guise of making sure that every possible voter is insured their right to vote.

Well, “legal standards” are not laws. Your group broke the laws!

Indiana's Lake County, bordering Chicago on the northwest corner of the state, is heavily democrat. Because of it's proximity to Chicago, it is also on Central Time, one hour later than the rest of the State, and so its polls close an hour later. I recall that in 2008, the Lake County democrat party chairman openly said "We'll get 0bama the votes he needs." Or words to that effect.
However, in all fairness, you could also attribute 0bama's win to Hamilton County, the most republican large county in the state. McCain won Hamilton County, but not nearly by the same margin that Mitch Daniels won the county in the down ballot governor's race. Had those Hamilton County votes for Mitch also gone to McCain, McCain would have won Indiana.
In this case, shoot first, ask questions later.
