No thrills up his leg this time, eh?
Because kaine can, and will, deliver Virginia to Clinton.
Good luck with it.
Geraldine Ferraro didn’t help Mondale in NY, Bentsen didn’t help Dukakis in TX and Edwards didn’t help Lurch in NC.
Kaine won’t help Hillary hold VA.
After last night, I think that's no way a slam dunk. The guy didn't look or sound very good. I think that's the consensus, even among libs.
Of course, this gives Matthews some credibility to use later...."See, I'm not 100% in the bag for Hillary! Only 99.6%."
I'm thinking that Trump is grooming him for 2024.
Or, 2020.
I've no idea what Kaine is for, other than to nail down the creeptacular vote.
You are dreaming. Virginia is out of reach for Trump. North Carolina is trending that way, as well, and then it’s curtains.
I’m voting for Trump but people need to get real. He is behind in the electoral college.
Every now and then I see decency in Chris Matthews... he’s more ‘old school’ He’s NOT a democrat thug like so many of democrats in power..
In Hillary’s book, she called Tim Kaine a “terrible choice for VP.”
He does her no favors. He might help her win Virginia. I doubt he is much of help as far as that goes.
What I wonder about is Kaine’s
self respect. If somebody named me personally in their political tome as a terrible VP chpice, and then had the gall to ask me to be their running mate a few years later...
Ha!
I’d buy a copy of the book, tear out the page in question, highlight the ‘Tim Kaine terrible choice,’ part, and mail it to Hillary. End of story.
Yikes...when you lose Chris Matthews.....................
The last I knew, no elector has cast a vote. I'm sorry you're so dispirited, you shouldn't be.
There are multiple projections of electoral college victories for Trump, as many as there are for Hillary. From the polling, it's a tie, an election in flux.
I have no idea what will happen in Virginia, but when states such as Iowa, Michigan, and Pennsylvania are seriously in play, then we have the potential for a great victory.
One thing for sure, Trump has surged and is still surging. I give him the edge for the win. I'm suggesting you should be more positive, there is good reason to be, and it's not wishful thinking, it's based in reality.
