Judge reinstates Brown Univ. student accused of sexual misconduct, blasts ‘organized’ pressure to ge

A federal judge has reinstated a Brown University student after finding that the Ivy League school in Providence, R.I., improperly judged him responsible for sexual misconduct.

The case was yet another example of the stresses confronted by colleges and universities, whose methods of adjudicating such cases have increasingly come under heavy fire for being too aggressive toward the accused, even as they are being pressured for not being aggressive enough.

Indeed, the Brown case underscored how that tension has spread: It included an organized campaign by students supportive of the woman who brought the charge to pressure the judge into ruling against the man she had accused.

Thank god despite the war on men that Barack Hussein Obama has helped use the federal government to wage, and the ultra-liberal bolshevism on campuses, that some judges still believe in interpreting the law, not making the law.

Men are f*cked today by liberalism and not in a good way.

Especially by man-hating feminazis looking to settle scores with them.

A former athlete at Columbia University has made headway on that front, winning a decision in August from the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit that he had made a plausible case that his suspension for sexual misconduct was the result of anti-male bias, engendered in a climate of anger about campus rapes at Columbia, combined with pressure from the federal government on all universities to more aggressively pursue assault allegations or face loss of federal funds.

The Feds and "womyn" have weaponized sex against men. Not saying there aren't some bad guys out there, but accusations of rape or sexual misconduct are a matter for the courts, not student tribunals. The tribunals make it too easy for womyn to use such charges against men they want to punish for whatever reason and the men really have no defense. If you read the judge's comments, he's right on the money.

plus, that academia and the massive school bureaucracies (which is like big government of big government) are often proud to be Marxist.

In an earlier age, hanky-panky like what is being discussed here would have gotten both students kicked out. Now the colleges are caught in the impossible position of having to be sexually permissive and lowering the boom on disreputable conduct. And if they are going to be fair, if they don’t penalize her they shouldn’t penalize him either.

Absolutely-—the whole system is unconstitutional and stacked totally to destroy and emasculate men—and destroy children. The system neuters males in the school “system’ and the emasculation is done in the movies/TV to destroy moral formation in both males and females. It aims to produce puerile, emotionally stunted males and females who can’t interact in flourishing, mature ways.

It is on purpose by the Cultural Marxists who create groups and play them against each other. The System needs to be destroyed-—the whole welfare machine and Income tax and “no-fault divorce” “Laws”-—all unconstitutional and evil.

The Justice system is to promote public virtue only and now it is a Vice system to destroy children and force women into the workforce so the State forms the socialist worldview in all the children. to make males into slaves and women independent of the need to marry since the State becomes daddy and forces males to pay for their children as they are forbidden from raising them in a moral, meaningful way.

Divide and Conquer-—is the old Marxist meme—opposite of Christianity and Unity and Love (selflessness which is needed for all relationships). Marxists create hate and division only. Destroy virtue formation in children (which mass indoctrination systems do) and you collapse all civility and maturity.

And the title IX shakedown, dictated by mostly women and dyke lawyers, has a major presence on every campus to drive away white males from higher education. This is happening all over the country.

Most colleges now have a 60/40 woman/man gender split. When I was in college it was around 52/48. If I was in coĺlege today, I would tell the ladies I was asexual, gay, celibate or had some medical condition.
