They're trying to pull the Obama trick of running outside his own administration (E.g. Obama is angry about the VA scandals and he learned about it when we did so he's getting to the bottom of it and will fix it).
Hillary's trying to do: The Obama economy is great / our economy stinks so let's keep on the Obama path / go in a completely new direction.
Bill Clinton says ObamaCare is a mess and doesn't work. Hillary criticizes Trump for wanting to repeal and replace it.
Nobody calls them out on the schizophrenic campaigning.
Maybe it's Bush's fault?
Of course, the real answer is they designed it to fail. It was a step on their path to single payer and some (Barney Frank) admitted it when ObamaCare was passed.

But yet you Democrats rammed it through and that RINO in the SCOTUS said it was a tax and therefor okay.

Of course the semen-hydrant rapist murderer doesn’t disclose the fact that most western countries find gov’t single payer to be so expensive that gov’t need to severely ration services, and levy effective tax rates in excess of 55%!
There’s so much material Trump can work with in the next debate. Hillary has to embrace the president, but at the same time she wants to distance herself from him too. Bubba and Obama could embrace their bad policies and at the same time distance themselves from them. Hillary has no such skills. Trump could tie her up like a pretzel by linking her to all of the president’s bad policies, and then watch her try a Houdini act.
Debate question to Hillary....do you agree with your husband’s statement on Obamacare and state your reasons?
Hillary keeps saying “if you look at where we were 8 years ago’ = blame Bush.
8 years later and 1% growth? That’s terrible.
If everyone did this, it would save billions of dollars in healthcare costs. There would be no need for Medicaid or Medicare. Employers would no longer need to provide for healthcare coverage.
Every American should have their own personal, private healthcare account.

still waiting for the Clintons to condemn the Obama deficits at 4.9% unemployment the way that condemned Reagan deficits at 11% unemployment and George HW Bush deficits at 7.8% unemployment rate and George W Bush’s deficits as the unemployment rate rose from 3.8% to 6.4% during recession-—and—when in fact, Bush’s “tax cuts for the rich” weren’t implemented until 2003. Hillary gave a speech in Ohio today that made it seem like GOP was in charge & has written all the tax laws & regulations since 2006 and 2008....and made one wonder why she chose to bail out the banks....or why government should take the side of “small business” over bigger and big business. a lot of “little guys” work for big business...and a lot of incompetitent and evil crooks start up and fail in small businesses. Most new, small businesses FAIL. How about “equal protection” when it comes to tax rates and Obamacare law and min wage law??? Why does “small” business always get exemptions? who does that help? workers? How do you define “small” and “big”. One would think that “smallness” and “Bigness” were pretty relative terms....but we have judges illegally amending the Constitution to order states to license same-sex marriage under the “equal protection” argument.....so why doesn’t it apply to things such as “right to privacy”.”reproductive rights for males” and tax rates and regulations on business and individuals...or even ‘richness”, “poorness” or “middle-classness”. Most people defined as “rich” under Clinton’s 1993 tax code didn’t think they were rich. They thought they were middle class. That’s what Ted Cruz doesn’t understand. The tax code was so steep in 1980 that you had a 40% tax bracket at $100.000 and 70% tax bracket at below $300,000. What corporate board of directors is going to pay million salaries when government gets 70% of most of it? The supply side of the economy was killed in the late 1970s and we got stagflation and the Reagan coalition. a 10% flat tax with a billion deductions doesn’t bring back any Reagan coalition.....but you can begin to make an “equal protection” argument and call Democrats hypocrites....as a start to move the country right-center again..
